Instructions
Steak
- Let 6 ounces steak sit at room temperature for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Pat steak dry with paper towel.ย6 ounces steak
- Place pan on medium-high heat.
- Add salt and pepper to both sides of steak.salt and pepper
- Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to hot pan, then, gently drop steak into pan.ย1 tablespoon olive oil
- Leave heat on medium. Cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Medium steak should have an internal temperature of 135 degrees F / 57 degrees C.
- For larger steaks, finish cooking in oven at 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- Rest steak for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

- Peel skin off of ยฝ avocado, then cut slices like fan.
