Keto Marinated Feta Skewers

Per serving: 50 calories, 2 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 4 g fat

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest 
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped oregano
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz / 59 g feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups / 400 g cherry tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Add cheese and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 20 minutes in refrigerator. 

  3. Skewer 1 tomato and 1 cube of cheese on a bamboo stick or desired skewer. Repeat until all skewers are made.

  4. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. Enjoy!
