Cubes of feta are soaked in a flavorful marinade of herbs and olive oil, then threaded onto skewers. These Keto Marinated Feta Skewers make a delectable light appetizer.
Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, sea salt and pepper to taste and 4 ounces feta cheese in bowl. Toss until well combined.
