Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg large
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup almond flour blanched
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 3 tablespoons onion minced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup marinara sugar-free

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a large bowl mix 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, ¼ cup almond milk, ¼ cup almond flour, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons onion, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Make sure ingredients are combined well.
  • With your hands roll your meatball mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the lined baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  • Warm ¾ cup marinara for dipping and enjoy. You can sprinkle some extra parsley on top for garnish.
