- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a large bowl mix 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, ¼ cup almond milk, ¼ cup almond flour, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons onion, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper. - With your hands roll your meatball mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
