Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- In large bowl mix 1 pound ground beef, 1 egg, ยผ cup almond milk, ยผ cup almond flour, ยผ cup Parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons onion, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoons Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon sea salt, and ยฝ teaspoon black pepper.
