Instructions
- In skillet over medium heat, melt half of butter with 2 tablespoons olive oil.4 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Add 3 4-ounce halibut fillets and season with 1 pinch salt and 1 pinch pepper. Cook until golden on both sides and done to taste inside. Transfer to plate.3 4-ounce halibut fillets, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
- In same pan add 1 pound asparagusand salt and pepper to taste. Cook until stalks are tender.1 pound asparagus, 3 tablespoons garlic cloves, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1½ tablespoon lemon juice
- Add 3 tablespoons garlic cloves, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, remainder of butter, and 1½ tablespoon lemon juice to pan. Remove from heat.
- Plate all ingredients and enjoy!
