Soft and airy, this Keto Friendly Bread is a simple, low-carb alternative to traditional loaves. Made with wholesome ingredients, it’s perfect for sandwiches, toasting, or enjoying alongside any meal without the guilt.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
- Separate egg whites from yolks. Add ¼ tsp cream of tartar to whites and beat until soft peaks form.
- In food processor combine egg yolks, ⅓ of beaten egg whites, ¼ cup butter melted, 1 ½ cup almond flour, 3 tsp baking powder and 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt. Mix until combined.
- Add remaining ⅔ of egg whites and gently mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour mixture into buttered loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with grass-fed butter and enjoy!
