Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs separated
  • ¼ tsp cream of tartar
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
  • Separate egg whites from yolks. Add ¼ tsp cream of tartar to whites and beat until soft peaks form.
  • In food processor combine egg yolks, of beaten egg whites, ¼ cup butter melted, 1 ½ cup almond flour, 3 tsp baking powder and 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt. Mix until combined.
  • Add remaining of egg whites and gently mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour mixture into buttered loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with grass-fed butter and enjoy!
