Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- In large mixing bowl combine 12 ounces cream cheese, 4 ounces cheddar cheese, 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup heavy cream, ⅛ cup sriracha, 1 teaspoon sea salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper. - In 8 x 12” baking dish place 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, covering bottom of dish from corner to corner.2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- Pour cheese mixture over chicken.

- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
