Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise sugar-free
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • cup sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs cooked and pulled
  • 3 jalapeno peppers sliced
  • ½ cup cooked bacon chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In large mixing bowl combine 12 ounces cream cheese, 4 ounces cheddar cheese, 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ½ cup heavy cream, ⅛ cup sriracha, 1 teaspoon sea salt and ½ teaspoon black pepper. Mix well.

  • In 8 x 12” baking dish place 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, covering bottom of dish from corner to corner.
