Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In oven-safe skillet, layer 5 ounces ground beef and 2 ounces tomatoes.

  • Use spoon to make two wells in the beef. Crack 2 eggs into wells.
