Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In bowl, combine 1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1 pinch salt and 1 teaspoon garlic powder, until well incorporated.1 cup mozzarella, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Place mixture onto parchment paper, and flatten out like pizza crust.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, and then switch oven to broil and move baking sheet to top rack for several minutes to brown cheese.
