Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds ground beef grass-fed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ยผ cup ketchup unsweetened
  • ยผ cup avocado oil mayo
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ยผ teaspoon black pepper
  • ย 1ยฝ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In pan, on medium heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Once heated, add 2 pounds ground beef and 1 onion . Cook until the beef is browned.
  • Add 1 tablespoon garlic, ยผ cup ketchup, ยผ cup avocado oil mayo, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, ยผ teaspoon black pepper and ย 1ยฝ cup cheddar cheese . Mix until well incorporated.
  • Pour in bowl and garnish with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese .
  • Serve and enjoy!
