Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pounds ground beef grass-fed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ¼ cup ketchup unsweetened
  • ¼ cup avocado oil mayo
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  •  1½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In pan, on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Once heated, add 2 pounds ground beef , 1 onion , 1 tablespoon garlic, ¼ cup ketchup, ¼ cup avocado oil mayo, 2 teaspoons kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper and  1½ cup cheddar cheese . Mix until well incorporated.
  • Pour in bowl and garnish with remaining 1 cup cheddar cheese .
  • Serve and enjoy!
