Tomato Sauce

  • 1 pound crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil chopped
  • ยฝ teaspoon black pepper
  • ยฝ teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • ยผ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ยผ teaspoon onion powder
  • ยฝ cup purified water
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded

Seasoned ground meat is blended with melted cheese and baked into juicy, flavor-packed meatballs. These Keto Cheesy Meatballs offer a tender center and rich, savory taste that works perfectly for dinner or entertaining.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C.
  • In large bowl, mix ยฝ cup onion, 3 cloves garlic,1 cup button mushrooms, 1ยฝ pounds ground pork, 1 teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh basil, ยผ cup almond flour, and 3ยฝ ounces mozzarella cheese. Knead with hands until well-combined.
    ยฝ cup onion, 3 cloves garlic, 1ยฝ pounds ground pork, 1 cup button mushrooms, 1 teaspoon sage, 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon fresh basil, ยผ cup almond flour, 3ยฝ ounces mozzarella cheese
  • Form five big meatball, and place in ovenproof dish.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked.
  • In medium saucepan, combine 1 pound crushed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon fresh basil, ยฝ teaspoon black pepper, ยฝ teaspoon Himalayan salt, ยผ teaspoon garlic powder, ยผ teaspoon onion powder and ยฝ cup purified waterimmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
    1 pound crushed tomatoes, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon fresh basil, ยฝ teaspoon black pepper, ยฝ teaspoon Himalayan salt, ยผ teaspoon garlic powder, ยผ teaspoon onion powder
  • Take meatballs out of oven, cover meatballs with tomato sauce, and top with 3 ounces mozzarella cheese.
    3ยฝ ounces mozzarella cheese
  • Place in oven and bake for additional 10 minutes or until mozzarella has golden-brown crust.
  • Serve hot with leafy greens.
