Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- In mixing bowl, combine ยฝ cup frozen spinach, 2 heads broccoli, ยผ cup scallions, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ยผ cup Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, ยฝ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, ยผ teaspoon sea salt and ยฝ teaspoon black pepper.
