Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.

In mixing bowl, combine ½ cup frozen spinach, 2 heads broccoli, ¼ cup scallions, 1 cup cheddar cheese, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, ½ cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and 2 eggs and mix until fully incorporated.

Press mixture into 11 x 7-inch casserole dish.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool, cut into 24 squares.
