For taco

In large skillet brown 1 pound ground beef, then, add 1 taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Simmer for five minutes.

Dice 1 tomato, 3 tablespoons red onion and 3 tablespoons cilantro. Set aside.

Arrange 3 hearts of romaine on large plate, this will be your taco shells.

Place ground beef mixture in middle of romaine leaf.

Top with ½ cup cheddar cheese, ½ cup sour cream and pico.
