Ingredients

For taco

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 hearts of romaine leaves

For pico

  • 1 tomato diced
  • 3 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  •  ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

For taco

  • In large skillet brown 1 pound ground beefThen, add 1 taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Simmer for five minutes.

  • In small bowl mix 1 tomato, 3 tablespoons red onion, 3 tablespoons cilantro and   ½ lemon juiced. Set aside.
