Simple to prepare and packed with protein, these Hard Boiled Eggs offer a firm white and a tender, bright yolk. Ideal for meal prep or adding to salads, theyโ€™re a versatile staple for any low-carb kitchen.

Instructions

  • Gently place 1 egg into lukewarm or cold water in pot.
  • Add splash of vinegar and pinch of salt to pot.
  • Turn heat to high, then cover pot.
  • Once water starts boiling, take pot off heat. Don't remove lid.
  • Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • The yolk should be creamy with no green edges around the yolk.
