Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayo.3 eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayo
- Salt and pepper to tasteSalt and pepper to taste
- Cut off top 2/3 of 1 head romaine lettuce. These will be your “wraps.”1 head romaine lettuce
- Fill the lettuce with egg mixture.
- Garnish with 2 slices bacon. This recipe also garnished our wraps with pea shoot micro greens.2 slices bacon
- Serve with a few berries or a salad!
