  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Combine 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons erythritol, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add ¼ cup almond flour and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes to make the fat bombs easier to form.
  • Form into tablespoon-sized fat bombs.
  • Coat in additional erythritol and cinnamon
  • Store in refrigerator.
