Mix 3 ounces chicken, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1½ tablespoons onion, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1 tablespoon chives.

Place mixture on 1.4 ounces lettuce leaves.

salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with 4 bacon, 14 blueberries and ¾ avocado. Garnish with 1 lemon slice.
Chicken wraps are delicious with a side of berries and bacon. They are quick and easy to make especially if you roast a chicken ahead of time and have the chicken meat already cooked!
