Ingredients

  • 3 ounces chicken shredded
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1.4 ounces lettuce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 14 blueberries
  • ¾ avocado medium
  • 1 lemon slice

Instructions

  • In medium bowl, mix 3 ounces chicken, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1½ tablespoons onion, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon chives.
