Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 204 degrees C.

Cook 1½ ounces bacon until crispy, about 15 to 25 minutes.

Toss 3 cups lettuce in 1 tablespoon olive oil, add ¼ cup onion, ½ tomato, and ½ avocado.

Slice 1 egg and chop bacon. Add to salad.

Top salad with 3 ounces chicken and 1 ounce cheese.
This is a quick Cobb Salad. It uses olive oil instead of ranch. It also uses shredded cheese instead of a fancy cheese. If you’re in a fancy mood, try bleu cheese instead.
