Ingredients

  • 6 ounces steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ avocado medium, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper large, sliced
  • ¼ onion medium, sliced
  • ¼ cup tomato sliced
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • cilantro garnish
  • lime garnish

Instructions

For steak

  • Cut steak into thin strips.
  • Season 6 ounces steak with salt, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon onion powder, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
  • Get pan hot, over medium-high heat.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil to hot pan, gently add meat. Make sure your pan is hot! 

For veggies

  • In separate pan over medium heat, melt down butter.
  • Add 1 bell pepperand ¼ onion. Cook slowly until veggies are desired texture.
  • Start buliding your plate. Add veggies and ¼ cup tomato. Then add steak and ½ avocado.
  • Garnish veggies with cilantro and lime.

For egg

  • Over medium heat, melt down 2 tablespoons butter.
  • Fry 1 egg. Cook it low and slow.
  • To make sure that egg is fully cooked, you could cover it with lid for one minute for sunny side up.
Enjoy buttery steak with bell peppers and onions with a fried egg on top!!
