Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 3 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • ¼ cup butter room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons cheese
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 3 serrano peppers seeded, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 squeeze lime juice
  • Cilantro 4 sprigs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • Bake 4 slices bacon 15 to 25 minutes.

  • Mix together 2 tablespoons cheese, ¼ cup butter, and 3 ounces cream cheese.

  • Add 3 serrano peppers.  Fold into mixture.  Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

  • Divide mixture into 6 equal parts.  Roll into balls.  Make sure the mixture is cold, so that it keeps its shape easier.
  • Chop bacon and Cilantro. Place in bowl.

  • Place one fat bomb at a time in the bowl to coat it in the bacon and cilantro.
