Instructions
- Mince 2 garlic cloves and ginger .2 garlic cloves, ginger
- Cook garlic and ginger at medium-low heat in 1 tablespoon coconut oil for approximately five minutes. You do not want any color on the garlic or ginger.1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Make sure you keep the heat low to prevent burning.
- Add 1 cup carrots and ¼ cup onion. Cook for 10 more minutes on low. - Cook for 10 more minutes on low. While cabbage and pork are cooking, fry an 1 egg to add on top of the mixture.1 egg
