Mince 2 garlic cloves and ginger .

Cook garlic and ginger at medium-low heat in 1 tablespoon coconut oil for approximately five minutes. You do not want any color on the garlic or ginger.

Make sure you keep the heat low to prevent burning.

Add 1 cup carrots and ¼ cup onion. Cook for 10 more minutes on low. Add 3 ounces pulled pork, 3 cups cabbage, 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar, and 2 tablespoons coconut aminos.

Cook for 10 more minutes on low. While cabbage and pork are cooking, fry an 1 egg to add on top of the mixture.

Garnish with sesame seeds!
