Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 3 cups cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • ¼ cup onion sliced

Instructions

  • Mince 2 garlic cloves and ginger .

  • In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil over medium-low heat, then cook garlic and ginger for five minutes, stirring gently. Keep heat low to soften and release flavor without browning.
