Mix ¼ cup cucumber , ¼ cup onion, ¼ cup parsley, and ¼ cup bell pepper in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon mayonaise, 1 ounce cream cheese , 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

Season with Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut top off of 1 head romaine lettuce head to crease lettuce wraps.
