  • ¼ cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise
  • 1 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon nitrate free
  • 1 teaspoon capers

Instructions

  • Mix ¼ cup cucumber , ¼ cup onion, ¼ cup parsley, and ¼ cup bell pepper in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon mayonaise, 1 ounce cream cheese , 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
