  • ¼ cup bell pepper diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonaise
  • 1 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon nitrate free
  • 1 teaspoon capers
