Keto Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe 

If you like shrimp, you have to give this recipe a try. Shrimp is a great shellfish that's packed with trace minerals. Trace minerals are key, but yet they're some of the most omitted nutrients from a person's diet. Shellfish have zinc, copper, selenium, and even omega 3 fatty acids. 

This fantastic keto recipe has shrimp, peppers, sesame, broccoli, and much more. You can also switch out some of the vegetables and customize it with your favorites. This is a simple and easy keto recipe that's really tasty. 

INGREDIENTS: 

2 green onions, sliced 

1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets

1 ½ cups of sliced bell peppers

2-3 tbsp of sesame oil 

2 tbsp liquid aminos 

4 tsp olive oil 

2 cloves of garlic, minced 

½ tsp grated ginger 

2-3 pounds of raw shrimp 


 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

Cook the broccoli and bell peppers in a wok on medium heat with a tablespoon of sesame oil until slightly soft, but still green. 

Turn heat to low and add the grated ginger, chopped garlic, and 1 tablespoon of liquid aminos and cook for an additional few minutes. 

Set aside the vegetables, and add the shrimp to the pan along with the other tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until they turn pink. 

Add the veggies back into the pan and add another tablespoon liquid aminos and a drizzle of sesame oil and mix together on medium heat for another minute or two and then serve!
