Keto Blueberry Avocado Smoothie 

We're always looking for fun ways to have drinks, side dishes, and more while keeping them keto-friendly. This fantastic keto-friendly blueberry smoothie recipe has avocado in it, and you can't even taste the avocado.  This keto smoothie has blubbery, avocado, almond milk, and it's sweetened with a small amount of erythritol. It's always great when you can sneak some healthy fats like avocado into your meals. Low-fat foods spike the reaction on the glycemic index as well as the Fat Storing Hormone index if you do really low-fat protein. But, the fat in this healthy smoothie from the avocado helps buffer the small amount of sugar in the blueberries. Blueberries also have antioxidants that help fight free-radicals.  This is a smooth and creamy blueberry smoothie packed with healthy fats to keep you going all day. It's fresh, not too sweet, and it's super tasty. Even your kids will love this!


3 cups frozen blueberries 

1½ cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 large avocado 

¼ cup powdered erythritol 



Add your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
