How to Lose Weight Without Losing Muscle

The last thing you want to do is lose a bunch of weight and have flabby skin and be weak.

Your body will break down your own protein in the weight loss process. What builds up your protein and stop your protein from breaking down is branched amino acids.

Foods that will help protect your muscles from breaking down:

  1. Eggs.
  2. Cottage Cheese
  3. Soy (You don’t want to use this, because it will mess up your liver.)

When you buy cottage cheese that is not organic they will add MSG or modified sodium Glutamate – Modified Food Starch and you don’t want that. Make sure it is organic cottage cheese.
