Cheddar Biscuit Recipe
1 ½ cup almond flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt or 'sour cream'
1/3 cup shredded organic cheddar cheese (preferably from grass-fed animals)
4 tbsp melted butter
Set oven to 400 degrees.
Line muffin pan with paper muffin cups.
Combine all dry ingredients.
Combine all wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add cheese (and even jalapeños if you like).
Spoon into muffin cups evenly. This fills about 6 cups.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tops are golden.
