Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, grind down 1 cup cauliflower in small batches until rice-like texture.1 cup cauliflower

- Add ¼ cup carrots and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.¼ cup carrots
- Add cauliflower, cooking for additional 4 minutes over medium heat, while stirring occasionally.

Cauliflower has so many purposes to the ketogenic community. It can be used as a substitute for rice. You can either grind it up in a blender/food processor or it’s becoming more popular that you might be able to find it in the frozen food aisle at your local market.
