Instructions
- Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, sea salt and pepper to taste and 4 ounces feta cheese in bowl. - Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Skewer one tomato and one cube of cheese on bamboo stick or desired skewer. Repeat until all skewers are made.
