Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C.
- In bowl, drizzle 1ยฝ tablespoons olive oil over 1ยฝ pound chicken breast. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning and 1 teaspoon pepper. - In oven-safe pan over medium heat, add remainder of olive oil. Brown chicken breast on both sides, about three minutes on each.
- Remove pan from heat and bake for 20 minutes.
