Chop celery, scallions and bell peppers.

Mix 2½ ounces tuna, 1 celery, 2 scallion, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix 3 cups lettuce, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Incorporate 1 tomato, and ¼ cup bell pepper.

Build salad.

Garnish with a lemon slice, 2 tablespoons cheese, ½ avocado and capers .
This tuna salad can be thrown together in less than 10 minutes. Bell peppers add delicious flavor, crunch, and nutrients!
