Ingredients

  • ounces tuna chopped
  • 1 celery chopped
  • 2 scallion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tomato slice
  • ¼ cup bell pepper chopped
  • lemon slice garnish
  • 2 tablespoons cheese shredded
  • ½ avocado medium
  • capers garnish

Instructions

  • In large bowl, combine 2½ ounces tuna, 1 celery, 2 scallion, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
