This Keto Parmesan Bread is loaded with Parmesan cheese and baked until lightly crisp on the outside. Simple to prepare and incredibly versatile, it’s a delicious companion to soups, salads, or enjoyed on its own.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
- In large bowl mix together 1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup coconut flour, 2 teaspoons sea salt, ⅓ cup ghee, ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon xanthan gum, 1 ½ teaspoon erythritol, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, mix well.1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup coconut flour, 2 teaspoons sea salt, ⅓ cup ghee, ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon xanthan gum, 1 ½ teaspoon erythritol, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fold in 1 ½ cup egg whites to bread batter.1 ½ cup egg whites
- Line bread loaf pan and spray with olive oil spray. Fill pan with bread batter.olive oil spray
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
- Serve with sugar-free jam or grass-fed butter and enjoy!
