Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour blanched
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • cup ghee softened or melted
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 ½ teaspoon erythritol
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 ½ cup egg whites whipped to stiff peaks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F / 177 degrees C.
  • In large bowl mix together 1 cup almond flour, ¼ cup coconut flour, 2 teaspoons sea salt, ⅓ cup ghee, ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon xanthan gum, 1 ½ teaspoon erythritol, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, mix well.

  • Fold in 1 ½ cup egg whites to bread batter.

  • Line bread loaf pan and spray with olive oil spray. Fill pan with bread batter.

  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before removing from pan.
  • Serve with sugar-free jam or grass-fed butter and enjoy!
