Fresh from the oven, this Simple Keto Cauliflower Pizza Crust delivers a crisp edge and a soft center that feels like classic pizza. Top it with mozzarella and basil, or a creamy pesto with grilled zucchini for endless low-carb combinations.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F / 218 degrees C. Line round baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In food processer, pulse 9 ounces cauliflower until rice-like texture.

  • Remove cauliflower from food processor. Add 1 tablespoon avocado oil to pan and cook cauliflower over medium heat for three minutes. Remove cauliflower and let cool.

  • Place cauliflower in cheesecloth or kitchen towel to squeeze out all liquid.
  • In large mixing bowl combine cauliflower, ยผ cup mozzarella, ยผ cup Parmesan cheese, ยฝ teaspoon garlic powder, ยฝ teaspoon oregano, 2 tablespoon almond flour, and 1 egg until dough forms.

  • Place dough onto baking pan and shape into nine-inch round flat pizza base, around ยฝ inch thick.
  • Bake 10 minutes until golden brown.
