Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
 - In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth, thick batter forms.
 - Grease mini cast iron skillet and place over low heat. Add batter and spread evenly. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes, until set and edges release.
 - Once it’s cooled cut it in half horizontally, and cut those half’s in half to make 4 slices of toast.
 - Add butter and toast. Enjoy!
