Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees F / 175 degrees C.
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until smooth, thick batter forms.
Grease mini cast iron skillet and place over low heat. Add batter and spread evenly. Cover and cook 5–7 minutes, until set and edges release.
Once it's cooled cut it in half horizontally, and cut those half's in half to make 4 slices of toast.
Add butter and toast. Enjoy!
