Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C.8 ounces breakfast sausage, 4 ounces cheddar cheese, 1 egg, 1 cup almond flour
- Mix 8 ounces breakfast sausage, 4 ounces cheddar cheese1 egg and 1 cup almond flour together.
- Divide into eight equal parts. Place in muffin pans or silicone molds.
- Bake in oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
