Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.8 ounces breakfast sausage, 4 ounces cheddar cheese, 1 egg, 1 cup almond flour
- Divide into 8 equal parts. Place in muffin pans or silicone molds.
- Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes at 350 degree.
Make these sausage, cheese, egg biscuits ahead of time so you can just warm them up in the morning! Add a kale shake to get in your healthy carbs.
