Ingredients

  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Divide into 8 equal parts. Place in muffin pans or silicone molds.
  • Bake in oven for 25-35 minutes at 350 degree.
Make these sausage, cheese, egg biscuits ahead of time so you can just warm them up in the morning!  Add a kale shake to get in your healthy carbs.
