  • 1 egg large
  • 1 cup almond flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F / 177 degrees C. 
    8 ounces breakfast sausage, 4 ounces cheddar cheese, 1 egg, 1 cup almond flour
  • Mix 8 ounces breakfast sausage, 4 ounces cheddar cheese1 egg and 1 cup almond flour together.
  • Divide into eight equal parts. Place in muffin pans or silicone molds.
  • Bake in oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
