In blender, add 1 cup frozen berries, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and sweeten with 8 drops stevia .

Blend until smooth.

Add 2 cups kale and blend.
This smoothie contains frozen berries and kale. The unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia help add a yummy chocolate flavor. We use blackberries and raspberries because they have the lowest carb count, but if you need a sweeter flavor, try strawberries and blueberries—just make sure to not use too many. Strawberries and blueberries have more carbs than blackberries and raspberries.
