  • ¼ cup coconut oil room temperature
  • ¼ cup coconut butter room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add ¼ cup coconut oil.

  • Add ¼ cup coconut butter.
    ¼ cup coconut butter
  • Add unsweetened 3 tablespoons cocoa powder.

  • Add 1 tablespoon erythritol.

  • Mix well.  Add 4-5 strawberries and mash with a fork.

  • Divide evenly into molds.
  • Top with ¼ cup pecans

  • Store in refrigerator.
