These Lemon Cream and Blackberry Fat Bombs are a tasty mix of citrusy goodness and sweet bursts of berry in every bite. They’re the perfect pick-me-up when you want something fruity and guilt-free.
Instructions
For blackberry mixture

- Mash berries and mix well.
For whipped topping
- In blender or stand mixer, whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream.1 cup heavy whipping cream

- Gently fold into whipped cream.
- Build your fat bombs. Place blackberry mixture in cupcake mold. Top with lemon cream mixture.
- Place in freezer for at least 10 minutes before serving.
