Ingredients

For Blackberry Mixture

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol
  • stevia to taste about 2 to 3 drops

For Lemon Cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup erythritol powdered

Instructions

For blackberry mixture

  • Add 4 ounces cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon erythritol, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅓ cup blackberries and stevia to taste.

  • Mash berries and mix well.

For Whipped Topping

  • In a blender or stand mixer, whip the 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
