Peanut butter
- In mixing bowl or spouted container, combine 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, and ¼ cup peanut butter. Stir until smooth.2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, ¼ cup peanut butter
- Pour mixture into silicone molds. Freeze for at least 10 minutes until firm.
Chocolate
- In separate bowl, combine softened ¼ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon erythritol, and 4 drops liquid stevia. Mix thoroughly until smooth and fully incorporated.¼ cup coconut oil, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon erythritol, 4 drops liquid stevia
- Pour chocolate in molds over hardened peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate in airtight container until set.
- Serve and enjoy.
